Dr Jazeem is a highly experienced General Practitioner with over 20 years of comprehensive clinical experience across public, private, and military healthcare settings. He provides patient-centred, evidence-based care tailored to individual needs, with a strong focus on practical and outcome-driven management.

He has particular clinical interests in chronic disease management, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, diabetes and metabolic health, and minor surgical procedures. Dr Jazeem is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK, and holds a Fellowship in Diabetes from the Liverpool Academy, UK, reflecting his advanced expertise in diabetes management. He is also a Member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
